Chad graduated from the University of St Thomas – Opus College of Business with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management. As the CEO of Southworth Associates, he is responsible for overseeing all daily operations, making sure that all areas of the business are handled efficiently and effectively.

Holly Walund: Program Director
Holly is the Director of Monitoring Services at Southworth Associates. Prior to this position, Holly was employed with the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, Division of Behavioral Health, where she worked as a Human Services Program Specialist helping to oversee the state’s delivery of federally and state-funded substance use disorder treatment and recovery support services. Holly served as Idaho’s Treatment Coordinator through the state’s inclusion in the National Association of State Drug and Alcohol Abuse Directors (NASADAD). Additionally, she was also involved in ensuring the requirements associated with the Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment Block Grant funds for the State of Idaho were met.
Holly graduated from Boise State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science with an emphasis in Psychology and Sociology. In her role at Southworth Associates, Holly oversees all monitoring programming to ensure monitoring services are aligned with best-practices and of the highest quality.

Laura holds her bachelor’s in psychology from Chapman University. As Program Assistant, Laura assists in the monitoring of Southworth Associate’s client cases throughout the evaluation, treatment experience, and aftercare continuum. She serves as a support to program staff and contributes to the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and practices. Laura is honored to be a part of the highly professional and compassionate team at Southworth Associates.
